The sole purpose of the Site is to present high-quality retirement homes/residences located in Morocco and intended for international retirees (the “Residences”).
The Site is an informational showcase website exclusively intended for the internet user (“You” and “Your”), allowing You to find out about the Residences.
Booking of the Residences must be carried out in accordance with the terms provided on the website https://www.silver-resorts.com/ and does not fall within the scope of the Site.
The Residences are made available and managed by third-party entities, for which SILVER RESORTS acts exclusively as an intermediary. You may contact SILVER RESORTS to obtain additional information about the Residences and the services offered there, in relation to Your situation or that of Your loved ones.

2.2. Site Content
The Site contains elements protected by intellectual property rights. Each element making up the Site (e.g., images, logos, illustrations, sounds, texts, graphic elements, publications, software, databases, designs and models, and trademarks, etc.) is the exclusive property of SILVER RESORTS or has been licensed to it by the holder of the intellectual property rights. In light of the foregoing, SILVER RESORTS grants You no rights over the Content other than the right to view it on the Site.
Subject to legal exceptions, it is expressly prohibited to reproduce, download, transmit, display, or use the Content in any manner or form whatsoever, under penalty of sanctions provided for both by the Intellectual Property Code, notably in respect of copyright infringement (Article L. 331-1 et seq.), trademark rights (Article L. 716-1 et seq.), and by the Civil Code with regard to civil liability (Article 1241 et seq.).
In this respect, You are not permitted to:

2.3. Your Responsibility When Using the Site
You are responsible for (i) setting up the IT and communication resources enabling access to the Site, and (ii) having the knowledge required to use the Internet and access the Site.
You bear the costs of connection and equipment related to Internet and Site access, according to the terms set by access providers and/or electronic communications operators.
You are aware of the risks of misappropriation and infection by potential viruses circulating on the Internet, or of interruptions to Internet communications.
It is recalled that (i) fraudulently accessing or remaining in a computer system, (ii) obstructing or distorting the operation of such a system, or (iii) fraudulently introducing or modifying data in a computer system constitute offences subject to criminal penalties.
You undertake not to communicate to SILVER RESORTS any information relating to Your health data or that of Your loved ones, as defined by the regulations on the protection of personal data1. If necessary, such information will be requested by the entities managing the Residences.

2.4. SILVER RESORTS’ Liability
SILVER RESORTS endeavours to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information and Content accessible on the Site. However, the Site is provided as-is, without any warranty, in particular as to availability and accuracy, especially with regard to information relating to well-being, medicine, and care that may be accessible on the Site.
SILVER RESORTS accepts liability in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use that causes You immediate, direct, certain, and foreseeable harm. SILVER RESORTS cannot, however, under any circumstances be held liable, in particular for:
– indirect damages of any kind;
– damages that may be suffered by Your technical environment, including Your computers, software, network equipment (modems, phones, etc.) and hardware used to access the Site;
– any decision arising from Your analysis of information accessible on the Site, whether initiated by another user or by SILVER RESORTS, in particular any information relating to well-being and health.

Failing that, the complaint will be referred to the competent court in accordance with the applicable law.
